We arrived with kids and grandparents in tow, worried about keeping everyone happy, but it all worked out perfectly. The airy lobby and mid-century style seats welcomed us, and the staff treated each of us like old friends.

We walked everywhere without fuss. Even the pickiest family member adored the restaurant options. This place truly catered to every generation.

From the first time we walked in we were in good hands. Relaxed, welcoming, rooms were amazing and the hospitality shown was second to none. Food was outstanding and the breakfast buffet is one of the best I have ever seen. When travelling with 100 students and 12 staff we needed a place to retreat and relax. Magnificent Hotel, comfortable, quiet and close to the archaeological site of the city of Angkor. Spacious room, very large and comfortable bed. Huge swimming pool. Dedicated and adorable staff. Special thanks to Mrs Lin, Mr Samedi, Mr Sun and Mr Puth for their service and kindness.

A spectacular hotel: the staff are very friendly and always willing to assist, the architecture is breathtaking, and the general feeling is simply fantastic! I was welcomed very warmly by a doorman when I arrived, and my luggage was even carried to the room for me. All in all, I do think this may be one of the best hotels in the area!

The room was fantastic, and I loved everything about it. Borey Vanna, who was at the front desk during my first two days, was incredibly helpful. He went above and beyond to assist me, even giving me a brief tour of the hotel. He helped with my spa appointment, resolved TV issues, and assisted with in-room dining. The hotel truly deserves its five-star rating, and the staff was exceptionally polite and always ready to serve.
