From the first contact to final check-out, our guests from 15 different countries had received a fabulous and fantastic service of hospitality by the team Sokha Palace and Convention. Ms. Kongkia, Ms.Um at the booking and reservation along with their entire house and F&B teams have been so professional in following all the details and requests of our total 53 guests. Food selection and quality is superb, the meeting venue is large, with large Projector and Screen, more than adequate! The AV guy and the team carefully followed our cues and schedule. They are all hard working, dedicated, committed staff! We are grateful, and definitely will return to

We have just left the hotel following a fantastic stay of 4 nights in connecting family rooms. Spacious and comfortable with everything we needed. Angkor did not disappoint and Siem Reap was a great destination to visit too - the perfect base. Every one in the hotel team went above and beyond and were so genuinely helpful and welcoming. I want to mention the best service and attention from Davy, Sarith and Chet. But what a great team of hotel staff. The best hospitality! We would highly recommend and hope to be back. Everythong was good. If bus time arrangement had been announced earlier, that would have been perfect. One more thing. If hotel breafast menu would have been able to change everyday, that was also great.
