My partner and I stayed here for 2 nights in Nov. We used Siem Riep as a base for exploring the temples around the area. We really liked this hotel and would recommend it to anyone looking for a 5 star hotel.

Below are some of the best things about this hotel:
1) The breakfast is amazing – the selection is super. Everything you would expect in great 5 start hotel. We had been staying in budget hotels up until this point, so the breakfast here was really appreciated.
2) The leisure facilities. The swimming pool is in the centre of the hotel. It’s really clean, but they don’t use too much chlorine. The hotel has a great gym with a seperate cardio and weights room – both really well

I would stay here again. This hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly. Breakfast items rotate and I preferred one day's options better than the other day's, but it was perfectly fine. Room is a good size and well-appointed. Beautiful lobby

My husband and I spent 5 nights here during our honeymoon and we're pleasantly surprised.

My husband surprised my by organising the limo for our airport transfer and it was ultra-modern and we'll decked out, we were even given a bottle of champagne! After that the service was flawless, they took us straight the the duty manager to sit while we checked in and enjoyed our welcome drinks. When we checked in the had us in a beautiful room with flower petals in the bath and rose petals on the bed, it was really lovely.

The staff were super friendly, my one complaint being that it was often a bit hard to get their attention to order food/drinks around the beautiful pool.

It's a short tok tok ride

Very high quality hotel that I stayed for 4 nights whilst visiting the temples. The rooms are very spacious with a good sized bathroom, air conditioning, wifi and twice daily housekeeping service. The staff are excellent and I used them each day to organise my trips to the temples. The hotel has both cars and tuk tuk drivers that can be hired. For one full day the cost was $15 to be driven around to the various temples. As I had a late flight the staff even allowed me to use their spa facilities to shower and change well after I had checked out. Things like this make a big difference to the overall experience. Buffet breakfast was good with plenty of choice and starts at 6am which is just in time for those returning from going

My friend and I stayed here for only two nights but had such a wonderful overall experience. From the moment we were picked up at the airport by one of the hotel mini buses until we were dropped back off again every single one of the hotel staff were so beyond lovely. I have done a lot of traveling and can truly say I don't think I have ever experienced such kind, friendly, and helpful hotel staff. The hotel itself is also very nice. The room was clean and spacious and the grounds were beautifully kept. There is also a great breakfast buffet every morning and we had lunch in the Lotus Cafe which was also delicious. I would definitely recommend this hotel during your time in Siem Reap!
