From the moment we arrived we received exceptional service from the hotel and staff, collected from airport in a limo, on arrival original room I had booked had no balcony so the hotel changed our room for us with no hassle. I also struggled with wifi but the in house team put me on their system and had excellent wifi throughout my stay. Our original stay was booked for 5 nights, added an extra 4 nights, allowed us to do the temple sightseeing and also to have some down time to enjoy Siem Reap and the hotels facilities.
Hotel room was lovely, very spacious and with balcony overlooking the pool. Hotel has a lovely spa which is reasonably priced, we took full advantage of this. We had club
