We were greeted by opulence and beauty. Check-in was conducted very efficiently and unhurried. Staff were amiable and always cheerful. Our room was very large with separate bath and shower and amenities good. Our room was well situated with a balcony overlooking part of the pool and lovely grounds. There's even the choice of different pillows to suit one. Ample choices of breakfast to have and very attentive breakfast staff; we were always greeted with smiles-great start for the day. All staff did their jobs very well. We're also impressed by the honesty of the tuk-tuk driver from the resort who returned our misplaced camera thank you. Well worth having a massage or two if you have the time. Would have loved to stay longer but

外観、内装、部屋(ベッドメイキング等含め)ともにとても綺麗でした。
また、ホテルスタッフも日本語を話せる方々がいて、とても親切でした。
私達が、日本人と分かるのか、日本語で挨拶してもらえたのも、毎回、嬉しかったです。
特にChetraさんとRavyさんには、色々と親身になって対応いただき感謝してます。
チェックアウトから出発まで時間があるため、出発前にシャワーを案内されたのは、本当に助かりましたし、嬉しかったです。
とても満足できました。

Had a great time having my dinner here at Khmer Bistro. The service provided by srey pich, tola, Sean bar,Chan, vimol and pumean was awesome. Would recommend anyone if you need a vege meal in siem reap.

場所が良く、部屋も清潔で満足でした。
ファミリールームと書いてあったので、
期待していましたが、2部屋をつなげた部屋だったのが少し残念でした。
アンコールワット、ベンメリア、夜はマーケットと満喫できました。
空いた時間はプールを楽しめました。
プールも深いところでは140cmあり、
子供達も喜んでいました。
日本語を話す Chetra さんに頼めば、
だいたいやりたい事が出来、良かったです。トゥクトゥクサービスが季節が良かったからか、快適で満足してます。
