I have booked for Premier room with early checkin. Staff are very nice and helpful. The room’s large , clean and ready for my early checkin. Breafast is also good, too. Guava jam’s so tasty. Also, I go to Spa and have a Aroma massage....... so good, I love it.

Among all good things, the most impressive is the view of Mekong and Tonle Sap flowing and joining just in front of your eyes. This is so vast giving a sense of eternity. This itself has a reason to stay in this hotel.

Second to the view is spaciousness of the hotel - from lobby, pool, ball rooms, to rooms. High ceiling makes everything even more spacious. Every part of the hotel is well taken care of - indicating a good quality management.

There is every reason this hotel can be qualified for 5 star, but there is one thing missing, causing this a bit short of the grade. It is overall decor and interior detail. Combined with

Good: The pool is huge. Room with views over the rivers was lovely.
Bad: Pretty isolated. You can't walk anywhere. But tuk tuks are nearby. It is a massive place and it had few guests so it felt a bit weird.
