Ms. Thanet KUN is appointed as Regional Director of Sales for 1000 Rooms in Siem Reap (Back to Press)

The new Regional director will oversee all aspects of marketing, sales plans, programs and annual budget for the two 5 star Sokha Resorts in Siem Reap.

Siem Reap, Cambodia (July 23, 2016) – Sokha Hotels & Resorts today announces the appointment of Ms. Thanet Kun as new Regional Director of Sales. In this role, Thanet’ will be responsible for all aspects of both Sokha Hotels & Resorts in Siem Reap for short and long-term planning and preparation of the marketing, sales & convention planning, programs and annual budget.

Ms. Kun expanded role at Sokha Hotels & Resorts is due to her considerable experience in the hospitality industry and with Sokha Hotels & Resorts, most recently from Sokha Angkor Resort in Siem Reap, where she held the Director of Sales position for 4 years. Ms. Kun vast experience of Japanese, Korean Chinese & European market segments provided Sokha Hotels & Resorts a competitive edge in the Kingdom of Wonder No: 1 tourist destination of Angkor Wat. Her career background in catering and convention services suites Sokha’s newest addition, the 776 Sokha Siem Reap Resort which features a 4,000 sqm Convention Center with halal kitchens, due to opening in early September 2016”
