CANCELLATION POLICY

• By booking using the link provided to the conference participants, there is no cancelling fee, so the booking of accommodation can be cancelled without charge (the payment is performed at the reception desk after arrival).
  Be careful with booking using other websites (such as Agoda), their cancellation policy can be different and cancellaiton fees can be charged (up to 100% depending on the conditions).
