• The form below will guide you through the process of submitting a Best Rate Guarantee claim. Best Rate Guarantee claims must be submitted within 24 hours following your reservation.
• We will respond via e-mail within 72hrs during our normal business hours, (Monday–Saturday, 08:30–17:30 (GMT+7)). If you submit your claim form outside of these hours, it will be processed the following business day.
