スタッフは一流ホテルらしい礼儀正しさとリゾートらしい親しみやすさをあわせ持ちとても居心地の良さを感じました。最終日はレイトチェックアウトをさせてもらいとても助かりました。フライト時間を伝えると、それに合わせて柔軟に対応してくださいました。次に行くときもまた泊まりたいと思うホテルです！

Excellent!! Davy was so polite and respectful- excellent service. Really enjoyed my stay. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Staff is very respectful and helpful. Beautiful location. No noise at all, very quiet and peaceful. Clean, good toilets and amenities.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable,the food was delicious,oh and the people some of the most humble sweetest people you will ever meet Make sure to look out for Davy she is so sweet and respectful.You have to swim I didn’t get to because I didn’t have time but the pool looks amazing and it’s huge I highly recommend.Also the lobby is huge and it is just overall a outstanding hotel.

Our stay at Sokha Siem Reap Resort & Convention Center was truly wonderful. The resort is peaceful, spotless, and very well cared for, creating a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere throughout our stay. We felt completely safe, which allowed us to fully enjoy our holiday.

What truly made the experience special was the staff—friendly, down-to-earth, and always welcoming. Their genuine hospitality made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. A special mention to Lin, who went above and beyond to welcome us and made our stay extra memorable with her kindness, lovely smile and warmth.

Absolutely amazing hotel. The staff are so incredibly kind, especially Lina, Soeun, Boray, and the tuktuk driver provided for us, mr orom. Everything about the hotel is amazing. The breakfasts are very lovely too! The whole hotel is just amazing and I completely recommend. The hotel has a pool, gym, and spa that offers massages. Although the prices are expensive, everything is completely worth it.
