I chose this hotel after reading the reviews of many Siem Reap hotels in tripadvisor. I also decided that the hotel should be relatively close to the town center, priced reasonably and of course has a rating of at least 4 stars. We decided on Sokha Angkor (through Agoda) and contacted them directly to confirm. Surprisingly, they told us that they will pick us up at the airport for free, which turned out to be very nice (return trip was $15 via the hotel's car). We booked a room next to the pool, again based on tripadvisor's tips. It turned out to be great. We really liked the balcony facing the pool. The room itself was ok but we have a huge bed, bigger than a king size bed. We stayed there for 4 nights and had breakfast 4

Vanna gave an excellent massage and made me feel very comfortable. She checked the pressure shortly after starting, always a good sign, although for me it was fine. The aftercare was lovely, unhurried and a cup of Jasmine tea.
I also had a foot massage after a long day at Angkor Wat and Angkor Thom, this was done by Pisarine, though I'm not sure about the spelling, she was also very good.
I suspect they are all excellent and the prices in USD are good value for money.

Stayed here for three nights and the staff were incredibly friendly and very helpful. They surprised us with a wonderful cake, bed of roses and towel sculpture on arrival as a good gesture for our nuptials.
