Very impressed by our time spent enjoying the hospitality and comfort offered by this excellent hotel in Siem Reap. The hotel staff were attentive, friendly and helpful at all times. Especially Vanna and sarith. Our room was beautifully. swimming pool with a great view. Would happily return to stay again and unreservedly recommended.

The food offered was amazing, especially the potatoes, icecream and chicken. The lighting and sound control was great throughout the whole event, and I especially enjoyed the setting of the place. The AC system was constant ly keeping the room cold at all times, the service from the waiter and waitress were superb even after the event during clean up.

Professional and friendly staffs. Very helpful and dedicate to fullfil request from guests. Perfect place for seminar and working visit of large delegations. Rating: A big solid 5 stars for the hotel and staffs

I love this hotel! Service is incredible. This was my second time staying here and it felt like I was returning home. Fantastic location - it’s close to the center of town but far enough away you don’t hear any bar noise or music. Spa is fantastic as well. I will definitely be staying here again.

There's not about service but about people is help full from heart ❤️ love and care. Teams are great work and well done well cooperated. All staff are helpful, food are great , the meeting room quality and space so much enjoy for any activities, security provided us comfort and safe Ms. Kongkia Thou Sale teams who always help full in any urgent or last minute request. Totally, highly recommended for any future events.
