Male or Female.
Age: 25 years old or above.
Bachelors Degree in Management, or Equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of experiences in training and development management.
Experience in hotel operations is a plus - pref. in FO/GR/ HR or F & B.
Good command of English both spoken & written.
Good knowledge of computer skill: Microsoft word, excel, Power Point, internet & E-mail.
Be able to present to audiences with confidence
Good communication, presentation and delivery, leadership and problem solving skill.
Basic knowledge in Cambodian Labor Law.
Pleasant personality, grooming and hygiene, self-motivation, positive attitude & service oriented
Be initiative and flexible to adapt new changes with strong patience.
Able to inspire and leads others to achieve challenging results.
Motivational with a positive attitude at all times.
Strong organizational skills.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan departmental/ functional training budgets, forecast costs of expend.
Conducting training needs analysis (TNA) of the hotel and departmental needs.
Plan departmental/ functional training budgets, forecast costs of expend.
Identify, select and manage external training and accreditation bodies, agencies and providers necessary to deliver required training to appropriate standards.
Organize training venues, logistics, transport, accommodation as required, to achieve efficient training attendance and delivery.
Training Manager is required to deliver Leadership and Supervisory Skills Training.
Help to recruit part time staff and casuals.
Ensure all training activities and materials meet with relevant organizational and statutory policies, including health and safety, employment and equality laws.
Assisting with the development of strategic plans in HR training and development with Training Director or Human Resource Director.
Ensuring that all new associates have to attend the Hotel Orientation program.
Co-coordinating cross-training for all eligible associates.
