Hotel Reviews
“fantastic”
We had a great 4 night /5 day stay at the hotel. Everyone was very friendly and obliging. The concierge was very innovative in suggesting ways to get ornaments home, which we really appreciated. Thank you. They were the ones we had the most contact with and were terrific. The location was excellent and the rooms were large and well appointed. What I think is great about the hotel is the friendliness of the staff, and the variety of restaurants and bars. the exquisite cakes for sale in the bar area were amazing and delicious. The hotel is an easy walk to the main strip. Would like some more brochures at the front desk about other tourist info - activities, restaurants, services et al. We would highly recommend the hotel.
“Great hotel in great location”
I would fully recommend this hotel. A clean hotel with a fantastic themed pool area. A short TukTuk ride to the hustle and bustle of Pub Street and also at the right end of town to get to the temples.
“Great hotel and a wonderful stay!”
I stayed for 6 nights at the Sokha Angkor and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is fantastic, offering wonderful large rooms overlooking the gorgeous pool. Staff were always happy to help arrange tours etc. The pool was lovely and there was always a sunbed available.
Location is great, only a 10 minute walk to the night markets and Pub Street.
Definitely recommend this hotel.
"Gorgeous hotel for stop-apartement-rip."
It so happened that greeted the new year in this hotel. The hotel restaurants are good, not a bad bar. The main contingent - Koreans and Vietnamese (for breakfast can be found Dade kim chi). All very well, despite the fact that the hotel is a very big concern to every customer with care. He was recognized as the best hotel last year (2013). The only negative - not very fast wifi, luckily not for internet stayed in it :)
"Less than I expected."
After the opinions views, I expected much more, but the hotel is in the middle of hotels that you can find so many sites. The worst thing to note, breakfast, poor and crowded, having to row on all sides. Moreover, most of the food offered was for Chinese, mainstream audiences in the hotel. The restaurants are western-style price, so better dine out, there are cheaper and better restaurants. The right service, although the agency mistakenly put us one bed instead of two, and instead of moving rooms we added a folding bed some improvable condition. The SPA expensive, but treatments are good at least. The pool is nice too. A good hotel, but without any pretensions.
