Stayed 3 nights during a visit to Angkor. It is faultless. The room is spacious, bed comfortable and bathroom featuring a shower and a bath. The service was impeccable. The staff are well-trained. Good value for money.

Hotel is in great location close to pub street but just far enough away to avoid noise etc. Rooms are spacious and the pool area is a great way to relax after long day exploring.
Breakfast is very nice but can get crowded.
Staff very pleasant and helpful with anything you may need.
Is close to mini mart and also near a larger super market which is great for getting supplies.

We spent the last four nights of our trip here, an excellent place to unwind. The bed was very comfortable and the choice of pillows amazing.
We had use of the lounge and the staff there were very attentive and friendly. Nhek Ponlok and the lady he worked with, whose name I didn't get, were exemplary in their service as were the young men attending the front door of the hotel. Their English was excellent. We used a young tuk tuk driver from the front of the hotel (Sandit?) and he was reliable and friendly. We would always arrange that he pick us up from Pub Town rather than the pushy drivers in the area.
Highly recommended

We stayed here from May 15th to May 19th 2017. Lovely hotel with very warm and friendly staff. Superb ambience, food and service!

They picked us up from the airport, supported us by arranging guides for the attractions, provided us with local advice and tips.

All in all a great experience. Finally a fun fact - the former Indian president Ms Pratibha Patil stayed here during her visit to Siem Reap. A handwritten note with her signature is on display in the lobby.

We recently stayed for 5 days and loved this hotel. The rooms are comfortable and very quiet and the staff are really lovely. Even has a pillow menu! The breakfast was great with lots of choices. The resort pool is wonderful and really needed after a long day of sight seeing. It is walking distance to pub street and the centre of town but takes around 20 minutes so we would often walk one way and get a tuk tuk the other. Tuk tuks are available in the carpark so it is really easy to get around. We really enjoyed our stay.
