I just wanted to share how deeply grateful I am for the extraordinary experience I had during my stay. From the moment I arrived, every member of the team treated me with such genuine warmth, attentiveness, and care that I truly felt like I was coming home rather than checking into a hotel.

At checkout, I realised that I had left an expensive bag full of souvenirs at a spa in downtown Siem Reap. The manager Ms. Soriya Damrong stepped in to check with the spa, going out of her way to keep me updated, pick it up from the spa, and even helped me to ship it back to my home country. What a great resort it is beautiful everywhere. The rooms are spacious the bed is bigger than usual. All impeccable.the buffet is extraordinary the food is refined .Chamroem was absolutely helpful. The swimming pool is beautiful. Flowers everywhere. A little paradise.

This might just be my favorite hotel ever. Everything was excellent, but most important were the staff. Extraordinarily helpful and friendly. Especially good were vanna & sarith Thahks you make my stay very happy

Me encantó el hotel. Es precioso. La habitación muy amplia. El desayuno es tipo buffet y muy completo. La piscina es enorme. Destaco la amabilidad y disponibilidad de todo el personal, entre ellos, Borey, en Recepción que nos explicó muy bien lo que se podía hacer en Siem Reap.
